Returns

- Items exempt from returns include perishable goods, custom-made items, and items marked as non-returnable.
- Return Process:

- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label.
- Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the shipping costs.
- For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
- If the item is approved for a refund, the amount will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Partial Refunds:
- Items showing signs of use or not in their original condition may qualify for partial refunds, subject to inspection.
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Sale items, gift cards, and digital downloads are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only applicable for defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
